I had a superb stay in this city. The hotel was located within a short walking distance of historical sites in downtown, which made it convenient for me to explore the archaeological park, museum, and Ortigia. It was also located near a large supermarket which provided affordable dining options. The hotel facilities were great, and the room was modern and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the person on duty went above and beyond to fix the cappuccino maker when it malfunctioned.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is fairly close to the archaeological park and museum. the location is quite good for getting around downtown. the housekeeper tried her best to make us feel at home. Unfortunately, the rooms were dark and small and the bathrooms were quite tiny. the breakfast buffet was not as varied as expected.
Communication was difficult due to the limited English spoken by the staff.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the location was convenient for visiting nearby archaeological sites and museums. There was also a supermarket across the street. The room was adequate and had a good breakfast.
The air conditioning only had an on/off function which made the room either too hot or too cold. The shower cabin was extremely small and the third bed was placed under the leaking air conditioning unit.
